WILDLIFE ADVENTURE /SAFARI
This park covers an area of 250 acres ( about 100 hectares), and houses about more than 2,000 animals of different species from all continents such as white Rhino, lions, Iberian lynx, Angolan giraffes, Asian elephants, hippopotamus, cheetahs, zebras flamingos, meerkats, reptiles, and a Bengal tiger.
There is also a bird canyon, central village, and a lake reserve.
Experience with your family or friends and exciting ‘African adventure’ in south Spain, and explore a great territory in intimate contact with nature.
You can also enjoy adventure activities such as crossing hanging bridges, one of them is 323 feet long (100 meters), and suspended 53 feet ( 16 meters) in the air.
Zip lines, Camel rides, and archery are also available at this place.
It takes about 35 minutes from the house to get to this spread out animal park, with walking trails and vehicle tours around beautiful surroundings.
Suggested visit duration: 3-5 hours. It is closed from December through February
BUGGY TOUR
This tour will take your family, or group of friends, to an incredible off road buggy tour. You will be blown away by the beauty and tranquility of the countryside.
Stunning scenery, dusty fun, magical memories that you will always remember.
These buggies are 2 seater automatic. Minimum age of passengers is 4 years old. This is NOT a racing/enduro style tour.
Minimum age to drive is 25 years old.
This activity is 20 minutes away from the house.
Suggested tour time: 2-3 hours
HIKE TRAIL
About 1h away from the house, the group will experience a magnificent, and unique hike that will blow your mind away!
If you are afraid of heights or have vertigo, I don’t recommend this activity.
The group will have to walk a bit to get to the entrance, and also at the exit. Total walk is about 5 miles (8km).
An scenic hiking trail over 100 years old that has been recently renovated, it is perfectly safe and all about lovely trails, hanging bridges and footpaths,
It stands 350 feet above the river below.
The trail offers a great biodiversity, with almost 150 different species of birds, and amazing landscapes.
The panoramic view of this natural canyon will captivate you. You will want to take lots of pictures!
Children less than 8 years old can not enter the trail..
I really recommend this activity.

TREETOP ADVENTURE
This is the largest adventure park in the state of Andalusia, and it is just 10 minutes from the house you would be staying at.
An original proposal that will attract both children and adults. Your group can enjoy their visit by testing their skills on the trees.
It offers a unique experience and an amazing 103 challenges, and 24 ziplines spread over 6 adventure circuits. The park includes the longest treetop zip line in the state, with a length of 656 feet ( 200 meters). You can also jump from a 39 feet (12 meters) high platform.
The visit includes an initiation short course on a special learning circuit, where all participants (children or adults) have to practice before going on the circuits to have fun.
Each circuit is adapted so that everyone can find a challenge according to their age and skill level.
Ages: from 4 years old to adults. Cafeteria available.

CABLE CAR
Located about 25 minutes away from the house.
A cable railway that takes you on an aerial and amazing 15 min journey ( 4 people per cable car) to the highest point ( 2,625ft or 800 meters) above the sea of the Costa del Sol (Malaga’s coast).
You will be able to experience the magnificent Sea and mountain views, and depending on the day and time, you will be able to see the coast of Africa as well.
The donkeys are ready and waiting for cable car passengers. Depending on the time, you will be able to see an exhibition of fine Spanish dressage horses, and a demonstration on how the birds of prey live alongside humans.
Also, watch the speed and feeding habits of a peregrine falcon, or the majestic flight of a golden eagle performance.
There are more than 160 birds of different species, including vultures, royal eagles, red kites and owls.
All of this would make the cable car an exciting, educational and enjoyable visit for your family or group of friends.

CAVES
These series of caverns are located 1h away from the house your group is staying,
These caves are also home of the world’s largest stalagmite, it has held its record in the Guinness Book since 1989. There are also about 590 rock paintings from the Upper Paleolithic and recent ancient history. Fascinating caves that will impress your family or group of friends.
A visit to these caves is truly a unique experience for the family or your group of friends.

ROCK OF GIBRALTAR
Lots of things to explore here! Your family of friends can visit the Rock! A 1400 feet high Jurassic limestone rock rising out of the Sea,
You can walk around the old quarter of this fortress city, and take a private tour up to the Rock, St. Michael’s cave, Europa point lighthouse, the Great Siege tunnel, dug out by the British to protect Gibraltar from an attempt of Spain and France of capturing the territory from Great Britain.
Rock of Gibraltar is about 1h and 30 min from the house. You will need to bring your passport. It’s a British overseas territory.
Spectacular views of the coast of Africa.

EQUESTRIAN/BBQ/FLAMENCO SHOW
Enjoy a evening, with your friends or family, watching an equestrian show with more than 15 Cartujanos Spanish horses, followed by a BBQ dinner, and a flamenco show, experiencing the Andalusian atmosphere in a magical and unique night.
Free mini golf is available. All ages.
This place is 15 minutes away from the house.

WINE TOUR
I would take your group to the stunning town of Ronda, a region with a strong wine tradition, and some of the best Spanish wines.
It’s about 1h 45 min from the house. The countryside drives through the mountains and its views are something you will never forget!
We will visit a couple, and my favorite ones, wine makers in the area, where you will also have the chance to try their typical products.
Open all year round.
I recommend this activity if visiting the town of Ronda as a whole.

OUTDOOR FLEA MARKET
Open air market that is held twice a week in a town that is 25 minutes from the house. It is a good place to walk around, have a look at the stalls and maybe grab a bargain.
This market includes foods and spices ( mostly vegetables and fruits), new and used very affordable products, vintage items, and mostly clothing for all ages.
Some of the more unusual items for sale include: army helmets, mannequins, and license plates. Not all the products are Spanish, there are vendors and stalls from all over, and other parts of the world. The market is open from 9am to 2pm.

MOUNTAIN HORSEBACK RIDING
Set on the stunning mountains behind the house you would be staying in.
I will take your group for a mountain horse ride you will never forget!
Anyone that is part of the equine world, in some way will know about Andalusian horses.
Riding is a unique and relaxing way to see south Spain’s countryside.
I recommend the sunset tour for it’s spectacular mountains, and Mediterranean Sea views
Bring your family or friends, sit back and enjoy the ride!

BEACH HORSEBACK RIDING
Make your dream of riding a horse on the beach come true! Located on the southernmost tip of Spain and close to a vast nature reserve in the mountains.
Enjoy a short ride along the endless beaches on some well trained Andalusian horses.
The sound of pounding hooves and crashing waves is something your group or family could experience with this activity, and the landscape is breathtaking!
Pony riding is also available.
The drive from the house is about 1h and 30 minutes from the house.

HORSE DRAWN CARRIAGE
Explore Malaga or Seville in a picturesque way! Enjoy a carriage drawn by Andalusian horses, and experience the traditional way to visit the historic center of any of these 2 fabulous cities.
A regular horse drawn carriage can fit up to 6 people, although you would be pretty squeezed, so I would recommend 2-4 people.
Kid friendly activity, highly recommended for children ( not alone )
Seville is 2h and 30 min away, and Malaga historic center just 30 min from the house.
ELECTRIC RIDE BIKE TOUR
Looking for a 2-wheel ride your private group will never forget?
Riding an electric bike is a great opportunity, with lots of fun and little effort, to explore the city of Malaga.
The guided ride goes around the historic center, the maritime promenade, mount Gibralfaro for the best views, etc…
These bikes are fitted with electric motors that start as soon as you pedal, allowing your family or friends to see all city sights without getting out of breath, and uncover the secrets of this magical city. The group will have plenty of time to take lots of pics!
It is about a 30 minute drive from the house to get to the bicycle meeting point.

TENNIS
Costa del Sol is not only Costa del Golf, but also provides the ideal combination of climate, coast and countryside. Among all the sports you can play in this area, tennis remains consistently very popular.
There are over 20 sites in this area that you could hit some tennis balls! and being a tennis coach/player myself, I would take your group to my favorite places/clubs to play,
After hitting some tennis balls, your family or friends could enjoy some delicious food at the place you play.

QUAD BIKE ADVENTURE
Experience the adrenaline rush as you go off the roads.
Joining this adventure is an exciting activity that will give you the ability to cross terrains which would be demanding by foot, being able to see much more of this beautiful land. All quads are 2 seaters and automatic.
